With a background in Physics (BA Hons, Oxon) and a Masters degree in Satellite Communication Engineering (Surrey), James Lea has over 20 years’ experience delivering complex projects and programmes in the nuclear, aerospace, air traffic control, defence and energy sectors, working as a consultant specialising in delivery and data science, including machine learning and AI. James applies a skeptical empirical approach to restore and maintain control of projects and programmes. He is a keen practioner of ultra-low defect approaches that reduce risk and volatility, and improve delivery efficiency.
