AI in project and programme delivery

There’s no doubt that AI, in all its many guises, will disrupt product, project, programme and portfolio delivery. The big questions are - what will be impacted, how much, and by when?

To answer this question, Project Science Ltd undertook some research. We believe in taking things back to the basics, and so we reasoned that where better, than to start with the APM’s Body of Knowledge?

APM Body of Knowledge

The BoK, now in its 7th edition, and available from the APM shop, or free of charge to members, describes everything we do as delivery professionals. It is like a manual (although not quite the same as a Haynes manual!) setting out - at a fairly high level - our ‘ways of working’.
