End User Terms and Conditions

Definitions

1. “Project Science Ltd” means the company Project Science Ltd
2. “App” means the Predict for Jira application (and any further applications subsequently released) developed by Project Science Ltd using the Atlassian Forge infrastructure for Jira Cloud, and made available via the Atlassian Marketplace only
3. “End User” (“You”) means any third party that uses the Atlassian Marketplace to access and install the App on their system, and the subject of this agreement
4. “End User Terms” means this agreement governing the End User use of the App
5. “End User Data” means any data, content or information of an end user that is accessed, collected or otherwise processed by Project Science Ltd in connection with End User use of the Atlassian Marketplace and the App.

Terms and Conditions

6. By installing the App, End Users agree to these Terms and Conditions; if you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, do not install the App
7. Project Science Ltd may use End User Data to communicate directly with the End User where required by Law or as consented to or requested by the End User.
8. The End User should not disclose any personal or sensitive data, beyond that required to identify them, when contacting Project Science Ltd.
9. The App is subject to Atlassian Platform Quotas and Limits, as set out in https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/forge/platform-quotas-and-limits/
10. Because the App does not have access to all the information that You do, it is impossible for it to provide definitive estimates. Furthermore the App is relying on ‘past behaviour being indicative of future behaviour’ and this assumption is unlikely to always be valid. App estimates are therefore indicative at best.
11. We do not warrant or represent that any estimate provided will be accurate, and You agree not to rely on any such estimate as being accurate.
