Service Level Agreement

Definitions
- “Project Science Ltd” means the company Project Science Ltd
- “App” means the Knowledge for Jira application developed by Project Science Ltd using the Atlassian Forge infrastructure for Jira Cloud, and made available via the Atlassian Marketplace only
- “End User” means any third party that uses the Atlassian Marketplace to access and install the App on their system, and the subject of this agreement
- “End User Terms” means this agreement governing the End User use of the App
- “End User Data” means any data, content or information of an end user that is accessed, collected or otherwise processed by Project Science Ltd in connection with End User use of the Atlassian Marketplace and the App.
SLA
- Project Science Ltd supports the App in standard working hours, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm, UK GMT.
- Reasonable efforts will be made to ensure the app works properly and support requests responded to within 24 hours.
