Our business policies and actions on diversity and social value include:
- We Prefer SMEs - we prefer to diversify and strengthen the economy by purchasing from small businesses wherever possible; smaller organisations are more numerous, and have greater diversity than larger organisations
- We Favour Differently-Able - our founder (James) has a severe sensoineural hearing loss, and has a deep life-long understanding of disability. He favours a differently able approach, ensuring that everyone has a voice through equality. He speaks at conferences and events on how to empower employees with disabilities
- We like to See the Hidden CV - we seek to understand everyone that we work with, not just what’s written on their CV, so that we can build strong, happier working relationships
- Finally, we Encourage Genuine Conversations - we build relationships with organisations that engage openly and transparently, as the basis for trust, from which we can build better lives
- We review our suppliers against all of these policies.
